One of the strengths of a restaurant is measured by the skills of its employees. The Kihiw Restaurant provides its Food & Beverage team the opportunity to participate in the Saskatchewan Tourism Apprenticeship Program. This program will allow employees to work and train toward the nationally recognized Food & Beverage Journeyperson certification. These tools aid in furthering our commitment to the continued growth of our employees that allows us to enhance our guest services and experience.

Our apprentices are attending the intense Red Seal Chef certification at SIAST. The Red Seal Certification offers demonstrated leaders within our kitchen the opportunity to learn while working towards a nationally-recognized and highly-regarded certification.
The Red Seal certification is an acknowledged symbol of quality and is the standardized certification for Canadian chefs. It’s an endorsement that is the result of years of practice and dedicated study.

Gold Eagle’s fully carpeted 5000 square foot multipurpose room features all the amenities you need for your event, a large raised stage and adjacent Green Room, in-house audio-visual system, internet hook-ups and lots of parking. The Gold Ridge Centre can accommodate up to 350 guests for sit down dinners, 400 guests in theatre style seating or for cocktail receptions.
